Departments New to the Program
To request an initial order Fire Departments are to:

Participating Departments
When a Fire Department has handed out a trauma pup, they are to:

Please Note
All Departments are responsible for pick up or shipping of orders. Once shipment is ready for pick up, FPOA Administrative Assistant will contact the Department. The Department will arrange in person pick-up or courier shipping.
